Service Hours
Each OLG family is responsible for completing 35 hours of service. 25 hours must be completed at School Activities and the remaining 10 hours must be Parish Hours and have to be completed at the Annual Fiesta. All service hours have to be completed by the end of May. Any uncompleted hours will be charged at $10/hour.
A BUYOUT OPTION option is available at $350 due at registration.
The following are some examples of service hours that can be completed for school activities:
- Car Wash
- Donations (Office, Class, School Snack Shop)
- Dances and PTO events
- School helpers
- Yard Supervision (Before School and Lunch)
- School BBQ Event (including Double Hours for Set-Up and Clean-Up)
- Field Trip Chaperone
- Recruitment Assistance
- Assisting with phone calls
