Fiesta Presale Rides Tickets

We are now selling pre-sale tickets for rides. These tickets may be purchased through the office for $12 for a book of 24 tickets. Once the fiesta begins pre-sale tickets will no longer be available and rides will require about 3-4 regular tickets that cost $1 each. You save money by purchasing pre-sale tickets. Fiesta Weekend

On behalf of the Our Lady of Guadalupe Community, I wish to invite you to our fiesta on the weekend of Friday, May 25 through Sunday, May 27, 2012. The fiesta has gone through a transformation this year with the addition of several rides that will appeal to people of all ages. We have a grand prize of a brand new 2012 Nissan Versa, as well as several other quality prizes. We have enlisted the assistance of different ministry groups and community organizations to make this a true parish/community event. In addition to the raffle prizes, this year’s fiesta will feature live entertainment throughout each day. Our students will be part of this year’s entertainment on Saturday from 2pm to 3:30pm. Each class will perform for the fiesta and we have a group of students, parents and teachers organizing a talent show.

Please support our fiesta by attending and inviting your family and friends too. This is a major fundraiser for us and we need all the support we can get. I remind you that raffle tickets and money are due Wednesday, May 23, 2012. Please submit your raffle ticket stubs and payment to the school office.

I remind every family that they must appear to their scheduled service times for the fiesta. Failing to appear to a scheduled service time will result in a fine.
