History of School

Our school was founded in 1957 to serve our parish families. In tribute to the Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, who dedicated their lives to the early education of our community, the school continues in its commitment to quality Catholic Education, evidencing Christian values in our community.

Our Lady of Guadalupe School - Rose Hill is the pride of Northeast Los Angeles. A hidden jewel nestled among beautiful Italian Cypress trees. Our beautiful campus borders the surrounding towns of South Pasadena, Alhambra, and El Sereno, making our school a perfect place for Downtown commuting families.

With a low student to teacher ratio, the classrooms create an ideal size for quality personal attention. A wonderful sense of community and family along with over 50 years of educational excellence is what you’ll find at Our Lady of Guadalupe School - Rose Hill.
